    Yes, it's on the Italian Telepiu Package using SECA encryption. Keys are available all over the Net.

    what equipment do i need to receive this can i do it with my old dish and my digi box if so how?

    You need to point you dish @ 13DEG east.
    and must have a decoder (digital) with a CAM slot.
    then you must get yourself a SECCA decoder card, connect it to your pc and install the codes.
    now you have F1.
