    First of all i can't see a reply button on this site anywhere. whats the deal, am I blind?

    ring 08702438000, and ask for a free to view card. be ready to quote your serial and version(4e0302??? or something) of your box.
    and your name address and postcode. and you'll be asked to make up a password.if they ask u if u want sky channels aswell say no.

    when u get the card , bout a week later, out it in the box, and get your friend to ring bbc no. again. and ask to activate the card.
    keep the card in the box for 24 hours, and dont turn it off.
    there u have them.

    any questions just reply again , if u can find it!!!
