I dont think that the frequencies etc for Eurobird have been announced yet.
For a progress report on eurobird check out the offical website at www.eurobird.org
Not much there at present, however for all frequencies at 28 degrees check out:
    www.lyngsat.com
This site is excellent, and you can check out any test channels for sky digital,

"With all the discussions re. the BBC channels being made available to Irish Sky customers, has anyone found out from Sky, or BBC, why the BBC radio channels & BBC Parliament are not available on the EPG although we can manually store & view them using Other Channels?"

Has this changed or is it still the same?
