    Chorus Phone service INTERFERING with LW radio reception!
    I have been noticing interference on RTL France (234kHz LW) on my car radio whilst driving past certain houses in my area. (this Long Wave station has a great selection of music during some of it's nightime shows)
    This interference sounds like a varying whistle whilst listening to the station.
    Wondering what was causing this interference I noticed all the houses causing this problem have the 'panel' aerials used by customers of Chorus's phone service on their MMDS antenna poles!!
    Passing SOME of the premises which are Chorus Phone customers the interference is very severe and travels a good distance away! whilst the interferece is not as severe passing other premises with these aerials.

    I have not noticed any interference on any other stations from these houses with Chorus phone installations, but perhaps there could be.

    hmmmmmm A lot of ppl say that the mmds aerials are dodgy but i dont know how dodgy they are. Does it have the same effect when ur car goes under the pylon cables?
