Valentines Day - Gift Deliveries?

I want to get someone a certain big puppy teddy for Valentine's Day; (they're available in most shops in Dublin). But I want it delivered on Valentine's Day (morning) to her house.
Anyone know any companies that will take the gift and send it
out at that time/date, without costing me an arm and a leg?
