a google of http-tunnel, It will allow tcp based application e.g. Kazaa, to be run via port mapping and a socks4/5 server

The free service will have 1.5 kilobytes/second of bandwidth, whilst the paid service will have up to 10 megabits/sec .

It may not work if ya dont have admin right .. I am unsure, as when I used it when I was in DCU, I had admin rights

Forget http-tunnel (or even socks2http) - become 31337 :D and get httport from www.htthost.com and find an open proxy somewhere and experience mind-blowing 10-15kb/s downloads.
