Considering the euro is trading more than the US dollar these days, its interesting to see their new products coming more on par with each other (Non-edu).

    Low end models (exVAT)
    iMac $1299 €1299
    iBook $999 €1099
    eMac $999 €999
    iMac $799 €825

    PowerMac $1499 €1499
    Powerbook $1799 €1899
    XServe $2999 €3599

Now if only Bertie would reduce VAT or some of us could open up companies and reclaim VAT :)

I am having dreams about that 1 unit Xserve, its not supporting x86 but it would make a hell of a freebsd rack.

Those are list prices, anyone reckon you'd get a better dealer price perhaps with a better bundle in the UK or the US though than you would here?

They don't do Macs though many of the parts they sell will work with Mac and certainly their prices for components will be a lot cheaper than any apple store. For example

    Compub 256MB PC2700 eur 79 + 21% VAT = €95
Whereas on Komplett you can buy this Ram for 50-30 euro.

Since theres an awful lot of Mac parts that are the exact same as PC parts, HD's CDRW's. USB/Firewire stuff, RAM, monitors, to name just a few, you're missing out another a potential market. All you have to do it check which parts you sell are Mac compatible and which aren't. I'm sure that you could find it out from your suppliers.
