This came out in an employment tribunal.

While outlining his case for unfair dismissal against Eircom , he said of the Winback activities that he was then manager of that the

"workload increased dramatically"

and by August 2001 he felt

"panicked in work"

at which point he collapsed on his desk and hit his head.

He named HIS managers on the Customer Winback side as

I'm locking this for the moment. With no disrespect to Muck, if the case is sub iudice, given that we're effectively publishers, any comments outside just reporting the facts (which is all Muck has done, hence posts so far are fine) might activate that whole prejudicial thing. Unlikely, but why take chances. I'll try to confer with that DeVore bloke and get his views. This will certainly be opened after the court makes its decision if not sooner, assuming DeV has no strong views.
