    Alan has done a bloody fine job on that site. It is very easy to be critical of some site when looking in from the outside.

    Alans site has gone through a lot, if the business people / chamber of commerece etc in Sligo got off their arses and supported it in the begining instead of flushing money down the toilet with www.sligo.ie on it the site would be a lot further on.

    I saw to Alan "with what you have you are doing a fine job, and don't worry about the knockers. Knocking our own is indemic in the sligo persons phsycie"

    Alright

    I come from the town, hardly ever go back there now, dont really know anyone there anymore.

    Went to Summerhill and left there with LC in early 90's.

    The place is looking a lot better than when I grew up there, still loads of scumbags tho', mind you there was back then too.

    Anyway I'd like to see Sligo prosper into a cool wee city.
