Found this eMagic PCI to PCMCIA adapter
PCI card reader for PC-Card and Cardbus
    on komplett.
    Couldn't find it on peats/itb/itdirect.

Getting it for a digianswer pcmcia bluetooth card I am getting to work with my shiney new 7560. Are there any issues using these adaptor cards ? I assume that they just work ?

Also, the price for the card is about 50 euro or so. Is this a good price ? I'm guessing a few other people will have gotten the same for wireless lan cards or bluteooth cards.. ?

    Cheers,
    Gav

the one I got to use with my wireless networking card was very basic. Just plugged it into a pci slot, booted up the computer, it detected the new hardware and then I plugged the pcmcia card in and it detected that too.... very simple. I think mine cost about €60... between 50 and 60 anyway

if you haven't tested the card with the phone already, can you check it out with a laptop and the Nokia PC Suite

it *should* work, nokia likes digianswer software - it's the only one that works with the 6310(i) - but el tonto had issues with the digianswer bluetooth software and his troy card, i was grand with my socket card though:

details and set-up steps we used are here:

I was looing at getting a PCMCIA -> PCI card for testing differenet cards, came across these guys http://www.elan-digital-systems.co.uk/adapter/index.php although they were more expensive than what you've found (i was looking for a front/back slot option as i'd be swapping cards a lot), think they are aimed at hardware testers and OEMs though
