Now this is a humdinger. Its not often these two meet in a competitive fixture.

Is it all ticket in Breffini Park or pay at the gate?

I would say there wont be too many problems getting in at the gate. They might sell tickets out side the ground if its an all ticket match.

But going on last weekends form Meath are in serious trouble.
Cavan were dammed good and Meath...well they are muck (savages)

Cavan have a nice outfit, played against us there last year in a cracking match, lost by 1 or 2 points.
They never seem to rise to the next level, but Meath are in turmoil, wonder will Boylan ever go?

He'd have to retire cause he will never be pushed, much to the dismay of Dublin fans. To be fair to him they did not really get another batch of players through to replace the likes of Mc Dermot and some of the backs.

yeh Meath arn't in their usual form, although i still love their style of play! i wudnt call it 'durt' i would just say its tactical becoz it seems that the 1st 10 minutes or so that meath play a match they test the referee to see where the ref draws the line with all that so called 'durt'. I love watching them play and don't mind the roughness at least it seperates us from those soccer pansies!

Tyrone know all about Meaths tactics;)

I was very disappointed by Cavan in the league final last year, and I was disappointed by Meath in the championship! I think cavan will get the points on sunday, there wont be much in it though!

/me has his Cavan jersey on in DKIT. Loads of Meath people pretend they've no interest in football today for some reason.

try poking them in the chest and say " have you seen my Cavan jersey" when the say yes tell them all about their crushing defeat

if that doesnt work, douse them in petrol and stand there with a lighter...you may get their attention. after you have finished telling them about how crap their county is set em on fire anywho. There isnt a court outside navan that could convict you.

Eh... I don't think so... Cavan look to have a proper team out on the field this year. I'd say we'll get to the final and win it in a very close encounter. I don't think Tyrone have a chance this year. Especially if they play us.

    God, they were awful......

If there is an excuse for Meath's form, it could be that Dunshaughlin are still in the AIB Club Championship. I dont remember a Meath team going that far in the club tournament.

If not, they should all be shot at dawn in Dalgan Park.....

Porn I would not read too much into league form. I do not think Cavan will get to the Ulster final unless Tyrone meet Armagh along the way. I would probably rate Donegal as better then Cavan as well. DMC I think I can speak for Alany here when I say that if you are looking for a couple of volunteers to pull those triggers, I know two more than willing guys. Alany I want Giles you can have Geraghrty!

Yeah, I know. I've seen what happened to us last year when we got to the final of the league. We got hammered. Then we lost to Donegal and then to Limerick.

I think this year however, we could be in with a chance. There are alot of new faces in the Cavan lineup. John Tierney is back in the setup after an injury hampered his form last year. Mark McKeever is in the senoir squad (first class player believe me!). James Clarke is in there too (one of the fastest players in the country, he just needs his shooting boots on and he'll be a class player). Paul Brady (yeah, the guy who won the world handball championships last year. He's a very very good player). Gerald Pierson is in from the start this year (he's a very skillful, fast and very accurate player scored 0-6 last year against Donegal). And Kieth Fannan is one to watch too.

I've seen them play myself and I'm sure they are far better than the team we had out on the pitch last year. I know several of them personally and they take their football very seriously indeed.

Eh Reaper, the game was last weekend, and Cavan did win by 12 points. Porn it would be nice to see Cavan come out of Ulster but I have seen Armagh against Dublin this season and they were very impressive. If they can maintain that form it is going to be difficult for anyone to beat them,.

Yeah hopefully so. But at least we'll only be playing Antrim first so we can have a good look at the opposition for the semi final. Which will either be Derry or Tyrone. I think we can beat either of them.
