What was the name of the guy in the Simpsons that Homer went to work for? Something Zodiac?

Anyway, take a look at this link. This young man is really "into" science...

I suspect this is what happens to people who think about Quake too deeply. You know I've often thought that what the world really needs is a railgun.

I particularly liked the quote from his sister: "..ever since he was little I remember being scared of what he was capable of doing,"

Oh and Homer went to work for Scorpio

Oh, that's right Scorpio....Zodiac is kinda similar...

Funny, I could even sing the little song from the closing credits and Zodiac seemed to fit...funny thing selective memory.

Certainly makes you wonder what the guys in the military with the really big budgets are working on doesn't it?

Keep in mind that science fiction has an odd habit of becoming science fact. I really would not like to know what the armies of the world have that the general population has no idea about. It's a scary tought.

If yous like reading about where technology and science is heading in the next 50 years check out this

    http://www.btinternet.com/~ian.pearson/

Ian Pearson is a futurolgist working for BT for nearly 20 years with a 85% track record of being correct. Click on "The Pearson Guide to the Future" link there for a load of papers about his predictions. I have read quite a few of those papers and reports and have to say that they are all interesting and some very frightning.
