Eircom ADSL price reduction?

Just heard something on the radio there, but sadly din't catch the full thing. It said Eircom was halving ADSL rates for new users? Anyone know anything about this?

rte have a report about it here. I think its a load of cr@p personally. E90 or whatever it was before is FAR too much anyway.

Thanks for that ironape, and I agree with you. But at least it's cheap*er*.

FWIW, a friend on mine is Aus pays AUS$19.00 a month for a 512/256Kb DSL connection and considers *that* expensive!
