Anti-spam apps

Anybody know any good anti-spam apps? I heard there was one that pings mail back so that the sender thinks there's no one at th address. I've tried a few but they intervere with someone of my other apps. Cheers.

Zerospam for Outlook is brilliant.
Gets most of the junk.
And quiet cheap too, only $15 iirc.
