Hot on the heels of Microsofts job cuts announcement last week, Logica-CMG have announced that they are basically closing the Logica Dublin office, only retaining the Finance dept. All Tech jobs are to go, all 230 or so. Heard there was an announcement on the news but heard it first from my gf who works there :( Don't know…

Don't know the impact on the Cork CMG office.

Scruff, you might have heard by now that the Cork CMG office is to close aswell. The demise of Logica MN is a sad indicment of allowing your company to be taken over by a UK based facilities/holding company. If they had not sold out, they would probably still be in buisiness today.
