    A friend has it in work and because he works the grave yard shift usually as it to him self.

    45mbps. T3s are only in the US though, so if he's in Europe he's most likely using the European equivalent -- an E3 line at 34mbps.

    In my old job we had something like a dual T1 line into the office. The speed was unbelieveable off peak times (when th office was empty). Really miss it now I'm stuck on dial up 56k again.
