I have currently ran into a bunch of personal problems which can and probably will completely change my life for the worse. These problems are not something i want to discuss, but i would like to know how people have handled their problems (if they had any) in the past. My mental stability is suffering from my actions which have led to these problem, yet i do not know which is the best way to go about this. I am just looking for some sort of suggestions or anything which makes some sort of sence, because everything seems so blurry and uncomprehensible.

It seems like you may just be helped by talking about it. Why not go to a counsellor and see how it feels. To be honest I don't know how one would go about finding one but this link on the Personal Issues charter may help -> http://www.icpty.ie/

It is a link for Psychotherapists, I don't know how they differ from counsellors but it is worth a read up maybe.

I hope the air clears around you.

Sounds like you are suffering from stress. Talk to your doctor about your situation and ask him to recommend a cousellor. The cousellor won't have the "magic answer", but can help you make up your own mind.

They are much the same, but not necessarily identical. Some will specialise in say stress, others in family counselling, others mediation.

    Stoic, cold-blooded, discipline.

My advice'd be to ring the Samaritans. I know you said you don't want to discuss your problems with anyone but I think its the best way to get through them. At least if you call the Samaritans you'll be totally anonymous and talking to someone who won't judge you or tell you what to do, but is well-trained and interested in helping through your troubles. You can call them on 1850 60 90 90 or e-mail them at jo@samaritans.org. But even if you don't choose to contact them I really think you should talk to someone.

The type of problem really decides the type of fix. A couple of years ago I would have killed most people rather than look at them until I discovered the root of the problem and went and did something about it. If the root of the problem is non-specific, physchotherapists might do the trick otherwise there's usually a specific treatment for your ailment.

I would definitely recommend councilling though. People are weak and occasionally need crutches to lean on, and whats the harm in that? I have less respect for someone who has a problem, lets it cause them damage and does fu*k all about it. A friend went through a stage of losing all faith in herself through being out in the sticks and pretty much on her own. She went and did that physcho word that I aint going to try and spell again, and it worked. It might do for you too.
