    I was wondering is there shop that sells the data cable for this phone?Does vodophone sell it them selfs

    Have a look at this - Manual for the phone, it should give details on any data connection that you can get for the phone.
    What kind of connection are you looking for??The phone has infrared

    Yeah, I'm looking for one too. I keep forgetting to ask.

    It has an infrared port, but no use for us without a laptop. And I'm assuming the data cable would be cheaper than a USB infrared port :)

    Has anyone worked out how to assign pictures to individuals so that when a call comes in their picture comes up?? It says that you can do it on the web site but it doesn’t tell you how and I've been driving my self mad all afternoon trying to figure it out (obviously I'm not getting any work done due to this and that is of course a serious concern to me)

    True to my usual form, I've answered my own question... this is becoming a habit with me... anyway... contrary to what I thought and what is said on the Sharp web site, you can not set pictures to for individuals with the Sharp GX10.You can assign pictures to come up when you turn the phone on and off and when the alarm goes off and when you receive an incoming call - but it's only one picture for all incoming calls... here's how you do it for those of you that are interested.

    Settings
    Assign Pictures (M 7-1-7)
    Pictures/images can be displayed when turning the
    power on or off, when receiving an incoming call, or
    when operating the alarm.
    Pictures taken by a digital camera or images
    downloaded from a WAP site can be used.
    To Set Built-in Pictures/Images
    1. Perform steps 1 to 3 in “Changing the Language” on
    page 84.
    To Set My Pictures
    1. Perform steps 1 to 3 in “To Set Built-in Pictures/
    Images”.
    2. Press or to select “My Pictures”, then press
    .
    The file name of the pictures/images that are
    registered in the Saved Pictures is displayed.
    3. Select the picture/image by pressing or ,
    then press .
    The selected picture/image is displayed.
