Hotmail Ad Blocking Thing

Probally nothing but when i use mozilla with banner block on in hotmail it tries to download a .dll (ADSAdClient31.dll) file to my computer, with this in it<img src="http://global.msads.net/ads/defaultads/TR.gif"/> . This only happens when i have the blocking set to hide the ad and not remove it. Just thought it…

Just thought it was a bit weird. Any ideas what its purpose is. Just thought it was weird, doesn't seem to be causing any trouble or that, only being a bit of a nuisnance.
