In the aftermath of the tragic death of Mic Çhristopher in November 2001 and the posthumous release of his
"Skylarkin" album in November 2002 RTE have filmed a special tribute to the man and his music.

"Troubadour" will be shown on RTE 1 tomorrow (Thursday 16th January 2003) at 7pm as part of the Leargas series with a repeat showing on TG4 on Sunday 19th January 2003 at 8.55pm

The programme features interviews with Mic’s family, Glen Hansard, Colm Mac Con Iomaire, Karl Odlum, Rónán O Snodaigh and Róisín Saxe as well as archive footage of Mic and interviews and performance and footage shot at the recent “Skylarking” album launch in Vicar street.
