Removing a blue line?

I have a picture that has a blue marker run across it. Most of it I got rid of it using a clone brush but some of it is transparent and I reckon it can be filtered out. I'm just not sure how? I'm using PSP7 and the program reconises the tint is there as I can select it, but not sure what to do to remove it.

Have you used PSP7? How do you do it in Photoshop then Mr Smarty pants.

If I knew the steps odds on PSP7 has it.

Can you edit individual colour channels?

I think you can in PSP7.
Just go into the blue channel and use the clone brush and smooth tool. THis means it won't affect the other 2 channels.

You'll still need to edit them too but that's a handy tip.

You'd really need to post the picture hard to say what techniques are good without seeing it.
