Box Office Billing

got a bill from Sky the other day for box office movies I ordered and I noticed that my previous bill was back in nov01. Typically what's the normal frequency for the box office bills - is it by the amount you spent or just whenever the box reaches it's limit or is it yearly/quarterly.
I usually don't have the telephone line plugged in but I did a couple of weeks ago to order PacMan (brought back memories) so I'm presuming that's when the box dialled home!

It's only when you order movies AND you connect your box to the phoneline.

If it is not connected to the phoneline, they don't know you have ordered anything, so they can't bill you for anything.
