Musician in shared house-need similiar for musical house search

Basically i am a (frustrated) musician living in shared accomodation, which cannot accomadate a piano, though i also fool around on the saxophone. My dream would be to get together with a couple of other musical people, then rent a house together where music is welcome and part of daily life. I am not a musician by career but just love music and love playing it for pleasure.
Also the house will have a (my) piano in it, so a 'piano' room would be necessary too....Is this just a dream i wonder or could it come true? Any ideas out there>??

If you have any look wouldn't mind a similiar house,Dont have a piano to fit in but find it frustrating trying to practice in a house with non music people,

Well, my intention was to find similar minded people, then to look for a place together., from scratch so to speak. I am keeping my eyes open and will get back once ive any more news- anyone tied to a special area? Would like Northside myself.....but open to other ideas!
