Ive read all the Gaunts ghost novels except the newest one (Straight Silver) and The first two spacewolfs. Both class series and ill probably order the latest books of both of them soon. Also read one of the Felix novels (Skavenslayer i think) and the first of the Inquisitor series (didnt like it so never finished it)

As im making an order soon can anyone suggest any others to pick up while im at it?

Well being a fantasy fan i havent read gaunts ghost though i was told to anyway and i have a borrowed copy of it here in the house, so i intend to.

But i have read ` Dracenfells`a vampire in the empire novel great stuff though a fantasy book. Class altogether. If you can still get it as i think it has been deleted now.

Gaunts shosts are truelly great. and As for Cu well that bastard better die very very slowly. But Dan is a great writer look at all the stuff he has done in 200ad.

the Slayer books are insane. Well worth reading. Also Elaine cunningham's Genevive and Drachenfells.

The Gaunts Ghosts novels are truly amazing. Straight Silver is very good, but I still think that Necropolis is THE ghosts novel.

I have the very first Ghosts story from Inferno magazine. Dan Abnett himself has even said that he didn't think they'd become so big/popular

The Slayer novels are outstandingly good reading, and you can see from DaemonSlayer onwards the beginnings of something VERY big (I wont say what)

It's crap. All filler. I expected a damn sight more from it.

Have issues 211 - 275 and a couple of pre 200 issues. My mate and I got them more to look at the pretty pictures and for some of the background material. The Journal is better if you're looking for modelling advice I find.

I know Graham McNeill is producing another few, and James Wallis has a work in progress for GW (WFRP line type thing,I think)

the eisonhorn series is fantastic, but i think gaunts ghosts is a big pile of bolox. i know theyre by the same author, and they do both brilliantly portray the 40k universe.

I have just about every single issue of White Dwarf from issue 86 onwards, and a mish-mash of issues dating back into the 20s all the way upto the start of my 'proper' collection (if you will)

Also have the first 16/17 issues of Citadel Journal, bugger loads of Inferno and WH monthly too.
