Best film I've seen in ages. Still a source of questions weeks later. Was Gretchen pregnant at the end (the first end)? What was the significance of "cellar door" - if Drew Barrymore hadn't mentioned it then they would never have gone into Grandma Death's cellar and Greta wouldn't have been run over and Donnie wouldn't have shot Frank and Frank would have never been able to talk to Donnie. Why does the entire story centre around what the teacher wrote on the blackboard? I don't know. Still, great film - dark, good use of nihlism.
