I'm going on work experience in March so I have to rent my room out for the rest of the college year and it may also be available over the summer if anyones interested.
The house is the business, it's new, well-furnished, comfortable, all mod-cons, cable etc. It's situated in Richardsons Sq on the folly so it's very close to college St and 1.3 miles from the main campus. There are 3 lads living there with me.
Rent is 260 per month and theres a 250 deposit upfront. Not necessarilly looking for college students and definitely NO FIRST YEARS!!!!
I know I'm advertising this very early but I don't want to get stuck without anybody to take the room cos then I'll have to cover the rent myself.
If anyone is interested pm me.

    Thanks,
    Kalina

I see that nobody is looking for a place in Waterford at the moment but I really need to get rid of the room for 3 months. I can negotiate slightly on price also.

Have you posted notices in WIT or on daft.ie?

I've done both but nothing much is happening. I'm going to put an ad in the News and Star and the Munster Express this week. I'm out of ideas after that!! :(

Are you subletting or are you "tenents in common" with the landlord?

[/edit]Are you the sole tenant (single lease) or did you get together with a group and approach a landlord (joint lease) or did the landlord create the group (tenant in common). [/edit]
