........or at least some of it is.Just take a look at this

Axis of Evil: News Flash!! Iraq, Iran, and North Korea are three different countries. Iraq’s and Iran's governments loathe each other, and neither has any connection with North Korea. They are radically different in politics, history, religion, and culture, linked only by the rhetorical flourishes of George Bush's marketers -- er, speechwriters. Apparently that's enough.

If these people would get their facts right they would discover that Iran and North Korea, despite their differing ideologies, have co-operated on weapons technology.

Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction: Nobody -- except the Bush Administration and Tony Blair -- believes they exist. Seldom have so many words been wasted on weapons that, if they did exist, would be few in number, poorly made, and impossible to deliver more than a couple hundred miles.

Just because these weapons have not been found does not mean they do not exist.Several defectors have claimed that Iraq has an advanced nuclear programme, and they have had biological and chemical weapons since the 80s at least. The USA has never claimed that Iraqi missiles are capable of reaching the west but if they are allowed to continue with their weapons programme unhindered it is an eventual posibility.

Look some of the stuff on the site is true but quite a bit is bullsh1t made up by the We Hate Bush brigade.

Since we are on the topic of US news I would like to ask a question concerning the Washington snipers case.In each shooting it was usually reported that a white van or truck was seen leaving the area. However when the 2 guys were arrested no white van was mentioned.Instead if I remember rightly they had cut a hole in the boot of a car in which to shoot out of.What was the story with the white van?

    It was a mis-sighting,
Witness claimed to have seen a white van in the area driven by two men of middle east appearance.
The police discovered it to be a couple of itinerant mexican labourers sleeping rough.

I think that site is spot on. The axis of evil thing is correct if you ask me. Just because they shared a bit of technology does not make them best buddies or allies. An the chances of Iran and Iraq cooperating is nonsence.

In my opinion sadam might have nukes and biological weapons but the american approch is all wrong.

I have a gun at home. I don't use the gun, but I still have one and it's dangerous. Now lets just say george bush arrives at my house and says he wants to see my gun, and that i'm not allowed to have a gun even though he has load of more powerfull guns at home. The more he provokes me and asks for my gun the more likley I am to use it on him.

Co-operation that has hardly gone further than North Corea (they are changing it back to C :p) selling weapons to Iran., and as said Iraq and Iran hate each other so how are these three the Axis of evil?

They did have chemical weapons during the eighties they even used them in the Gulf war, the point being made is that they don't have anything that could possibly be considered an international threat anymore. The weapons inspectors going on US intelligence have not been able to find anything so to claim they have weapons of mass destruction is also making the claim that they have some sort of James Bond invisibility device to hide them too.

Such as, you can't just dismiss it as the "we hate Bush brigade".

Firstly Iraq and Iran dont like each other but at the same time Iran would not want a regime change in Iraq as they would not want a US-friendly government to be on its border,as if the US turns its attention to Irans weapons programmes it has a good place from which to launch an invasion(easier than Afghanistan as it is rough terrain on that side, and Pakistan wouldnt allow an invasion from the Pakistan-Iran border.

Secondly just because no weapons have yet been found does not mean there are none.In theory a cupful of sarin is enough to kill millions if droped in a water supply(though in practice the chemical could be diluted by the water volume, causing little or no deaths). If it only needs miniature amounts of these chemicals to cause such chaos then it would not be especially hard to hide.

The Iraqis have been left unhindered to enhance their weapons of mass destruction.Dont you think they originally threw out the weapons inspectors for a reason? It was so they could start the weapons programme again.
