Credit Union accounts

    Any of you with Credit Union account been given that letter with the 3 choices of new account types you have to switch to. Anyone any advice on which to go for?

    I know the AIB are offering Tax Free deposit accounts - but you have to leave you money in for 3 or 5 years.

    My local credit Union has got rid of ATM cards.

    I think credit unions were mad not to go for Charlie McCreevys initial proposal regarding DIRT tax.

    But - I might go for the 3 year option - but I'd have to examine pelentys if you withdrew your money.
