I am about to upgrade my hard disk and and my OS.
I use MS Outlook (not Express) as my mail client, and I want to export/copy the contents of my inbox, sent items and one other folder to the fresh install.
I looked at the Outlook export tools and I'm not sure they will do what I want.
    Any ideas?

you need the PST files .

everything is archived and outlook will let you copy them out.

thereis a migration tool in the outlook dir that may help.
