    Just wondering on yer opnions of upgrading a gf2 ti (64mb) to a gf4 ti4200 (64mb) ? will it make a signifcant difference ?

    Depends on the rest of your system.
    If your system is good you will notice a good difference.

    In extreme shortness:
    If your cpu is getting on a bit in years.. no
    If your cpu is >1ghz... yes
