    The purpose of this Forum is to call on third party observations and comments on the Minister's draft policy direction to the Commission for Communications Regulation. This document is published on the Communications Home Page.

    The Minister will consider all the relevant responses to the Policy Direction after the closing date and publish a formal report on the consultation process.

    The closing date for the Policy Direction consultation process is 10th January 2003.
