    Elive are offering DSL now:

    http://www.elive.net/access.php

    # Costs for DSL are as follows:

    # 512k Download / 256k Upload : €90 p.m.
    # 1 Meg Download / 256k Upload : €205 p.m.
    # 2 Meg Download / 256k Upload : €400 p.m.

*512k and 1 Meg Connection fee of €125.
    *2Meg Connection fee of €1500
*Costs are for 1 Computer. Network connectivity requires a router. Click here for details.

that's a bit steep for a 2MB connection? They might mean €150 (those extra zeroes can be a pain sometimes :p)

The cap only applies to the residential DSL which doesn't seem to be in elive's list.
