    I was at the dentiest last week.

    I must go after Christmas again.

    What ever happened to bicarbonate soda/ baking soda toothpaste?

    Arm & hammer used to advertise it & you could get it in Dunnes.

    It seems that you cannot get it in Dunnes or Tescos

    Try a pharmacy, they are more likely to have it (try your local and a chain).

    You can always make it yourself, get some bicarb and mix it with your toothpaste... maybe.

    Toothpaste helps, but I got me an electronic toothbrush and it's wicked at reducing smoke stains.
