"Some of the challenges we face now would be to do with the infrastructure. We host a lot of solutions for our customers and just getting the phone lines here can be difficult. Ireland still isn't the e-commerce hub that it hopefully will be.

"There are some interesting developments with Global Crossing and other companies coming in, providing the bandwidth and so on. It's been recognised as an issue that must be dealt with, and I'm optimistic."
