Can i map my joystick to a defaul state so i dont have to change every game. And save it have 0.2.93 version pain in the ass mapping for very game. kdjac

Yeah, just set it to player 1, joystick 0/1 or whatever, and normal control unless you have a fancy analogue control....in which case, set it to normal cos analogue support is dodgy and useless anyway.
Then just click make default and that should be it. It never adds the coin and start buttons to the pad but should set up everything else for you just fine.
