This is something our cash strapped Government won't do but there really should be something similar here to encourage people to get alternative technologies out to the rural areas that don't have a chance of getting ADSL or Cable Modems.
Stonemason, you should post this one at the DCMNR forum site and ask them if they will consider it. If you don't want to, I will be happy to post it there.
