Anyone know what "ART" format is ?

    I came across on a site, but I have never heard or the format. Anyone tell me what can edit the file below?

    I think "ART" is a format developed by AOL... i'm not sure what programs can edit it, but I'd bet AOL have some piece of crap that can do the job...

    I was messing with extensions and it may be a PIC file. But I'm not sure as I don't know the PIC file structure.

    Going to test PSP later.
