Actually, just to show my complete contempt for belief in the supernatural, I open umbrellas indoors.

I find this cathartic, to know that logic (as opposed to blinkered fear of the unknown) actually rules my intellect.

friday 13th has been and gone without anything happening over to many years to be superstitious about it...

although i try not to walk under ladders so ive got a bit of superstition there somewhere

Anyway im not afraid... Its only a day and worse things happen with more bad luck on Christmas day than any other.

Lucky for me

It was my birthday on friday the 13th of december,

let me explain my luck, It's only little things, or others mistakes , haha

1st, i want to a local bar, they had a band on as always, and they charge €2 in , i gave the ladies €20 for me and my friend, and she haned me back €26

2nd, The barman only chanrged me 6.50 for 3 pints !!!

3rd, I found €20 in the nite club later that night

so it was ok for me,,

But i'm not superstitious in anyways, so i didnt really worry me

Your birthday too? happy birthday for yesterday and congrats on the winning streak. Strange as it's two of my ex-girlfriends' birthday on 13th Dec too. (it made it easy for me to remember)

Friday was pretty lucky for me as I was looking forward to a pretty crappy day in school but we had a fire drill before classes even begun. The whole school was out waiting in the cold for about 20 minutes when we were told to go home! Turns out they didn't know how to turn the alarm off or something.
