Has your tv got a S Video out??

    Even your Video or DVD??

Better to get tuner card for €25 in Pcworld or less on Komplett save a lot of bother. :)

Buy the TV tuner card and you'll be able to watch TV on your PC. Hurry up and you won't have to buy a TV license as I'm sure the legislation is going to change soon.

Well, I can recommend the Hauppauge range of TV PCI cards,

I recommend this one... http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/html/analogue.htm#pcifm which I has working grand. TV and Radio combined. But you can expect to pay around €100 for that one. PC World would readily have one.

This one here is the cheapest, around €70 - €80.

try PC SUPERSTORE, theyve a load of shops all around ireland.
I saw a nice pinnacle Tv tuner card in there (limeirick shop) last week for ~€50.
It would do the job for you.
