    Hi,

I recently upgraded my pc with Motherboard, memory and processor.

Asus A7N266-VM Motherboard Socket A DDR
    TwinMOS DDR-DIMM 256MB CL2.5
AMD Athlon XP2000+ 1.66 GHz 266 MHz bus

I am still using my old HardDrive that i reformatted to get a complete new clean machine.

I put the machine together and installed Win200. This installed no problem.
The problem is once i boot up into 2k and do anything the machine reboots. So i cannot do anything with the pc.
The harddrive that i have is about 3 years old and was originally in a Pentium machine.

Is there any way of finding out where the problem lies, Memory, processor, Motherboard, or even the hard drive as it has been out of its old machine for about 6 months.
Or are my components not compatible with each other.
I thought it strange that 2k installed no problem what so ever
but as soon as i run it, i get my problems

    Any help wouldbe greatly appreciated.

    Cheers
    JOn
