Many of you working in IT probably get this free trade paper. This month's editorial by David D'Arcy deals with the broadband issue:

Pressure groups such as Ireland Offline are seizing the moment and lobbying government and media energetically in the cause of faster, cheaper and ubiquitously availably data access.
