Currently in the process of renovating our garage, so spent today cutting and sticking up aeroboards to the backs of the wooden doors and putting rubber weatherstrips inside the doorframes, as a first step towards getting rid of some of the draughts.. and was pleasantly surprised with the end results..
10euro worth of strips and boards resulted in a 2deg. Celsius increase (have an old barometer on the wall) in the rooms temperature..
Didn't think it would make that big of a difference at all and haven't even finished yet.. so moral of story.. insulate :)
Now for a lick of paint and some carpets (with underlay!) tomorrow..
