Invalid paging file

    Everytime I try to log onto my machine I get the error message "Either your paging file is invalid or too small". Now I've seen this error before but it always loaded windows fully and I could correct the error.

    Now I receive the error message, press ok and that's it, W2K wont load any further. The only thing I can open is task manager, but anything I type in run command wont work.

    none of the short-cut keys work. MS KB is no help.

    I goggled this and got a few suggestions. ie run fdisk /mdr and tried to edit the registry from a remote pc. fdsik doesnt fix it, and I cant see all the registry settings from the remote pc.

    This is driving my crazy, anyone seen this b4 or have any suggestions?
