    TMF the music factory has begun tests on at 11.895 V -7709-
    does anyone know if this channel is anygood from the olde analogue days Ive heard it was fairly decent

    isn't this the channel that MTV made to go on Freeview. TMF you're thinking of is/was Dutch IIRC but wasn't that bought by MTV. i'm all confused. i've heard it's very similar to the other pop music channels currently on offer

    Ya this is the Freeview one by MTV and i thought that thats the same one as we'll call it the "dutch" version.Mtv did buy out the original TMF so i assumed that thats we're getting.

    Will it be 442 or 445? Or at the end of music channels after Classic FMTV?

    The TMF test '7009' on 11.895v is showing what looks likes tests for the new look MTV.. with new idents & new look song titles

    Actually this was a feed of MTV Europe - yes, it still exists! It's for parts of Europe that doesn't have a localised version of MTV (UK & Ireland, Nordic, Germany etc). It brought back a flood of memories of the original MTV Europe we had before the launch of MTV UK & Ireland.

    Right now though they're showing a loop of Music Videos which is also DOGless!

    The Channel has been fully testing since early afternoon today-Layout and format are refreshing-very MTV2 POP-esque-but the playlist is almost identical to MTV HITS
    so really what is the point I ask?
