php chat help!

I downloaded a chat thingy from a site and it doesnt work... I've no idea how php works... but the link is: http://www16.brinkster.com/xtremesites/index.php The set.php part doesnt load..and I cant find anything in the code to change it.

it looks like your host doesnt support php, and on checking it only supports ASP
