    Just to check if this is a standard reply, I ordered from them on Sunday for the first time and received this e-mail on Monday

    Hi there,

    To process your recent order our bank has requested that you confirm the
    following details:
    The billing address for the credit/debit card.
    The name of the issuing bank.
    Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    I can't say that I've ever got that email. I've been using them a few months. Maybe it's a new thing?

    Hope I don't have a long wait for meh copy of Vice City! ;)

    i've never had that e-mail either.

    i got Vice city off them a couple of weeks ago so if its a new thing it must be very new.

    I got that email when I ordered a few cds off them last week, i think its legit

    and I dont realy think that info is any good, unless used with the card no.
