    1: Eircom would never look into a customer's problem.

    2: Eircom would never respond to the press.

    3: Eircom does nothing as "a matter of urgency" apart from fiddle with share allocations and prices.

    4: Eircom got all its ideas from what BT was doing 5 years ago.
