I sold someone my old 17in monitor a while ago and it suddenly stopped working, just wouldnt turn on one morning.
Its not the plug fuse or anything stupid, but it just doesnt seem to be turning on.
Is there an internal fuse in them that can be easily replaced or anything?
The monitor is a CTX PR710 - with a trinitron tube.

I had a trawl through old threads and the only repair shop I could find was:
    Tritek 01 842 8750.

Anyone got any other options for me?

Ps. The monitor is currently in Dublin (UCD).

    Thanks.

I dunno any repair shops but AFAIK, repair costs on monitors can be pricey.

    check the warranty on it.
My 17 inch Sony monitor had similar problem so i phoned Sony in uk about getting it fixed. They gave me temporary replacement for 2 weeks and then returned my original which they fixed ok.

The warranty saved me alot of bother in cost and hassle :)
