A couple of days ago the signal went totally from my dish, was after all the recent heavy rain, but then came back after the weather dried up.

Thought that water had perhaps seeped inth the electronics and then dried out.

But its gone again and it hasnt rained since.

Have verified with two receivers that indeed there is no signal, so am at a loss, does this sound like ..

    1) the cable has got waterlogged and is corroded or
    2) LNB needs replacing

Dont understand why it went and then came back,

Has anyone got advice how to get my signal back?

Firstly check the connection at the dish and look for water ingress.

Bigger dishes might be good for avoiding loss dur to very heavy rain compared with MiniDish. But Sunday I got pixelation and the odd freeze with every "Gust" shaning the 90cm dish. At least they are all still there today!
