    €500 would get you this:
    200957.jpg
Canon EOS 50E with 28mm-80mm USM zoom lens.
    Used, £299sterling (approx. €470)
    www.ffordes.com

    Another Brit online source is:
    www.mxv.co.uk

I have dealt with both companies on numerous occasions and can recommend either.

Or, if you want a new camera (and want to buy in Ireland) you could get:
Canon EOS 300 with 28-90mm USM zoom lens €485
    (price from Dublin camera exchange)
If you were buying with hard cash you could probably get a better deal, or, ask for them to throw in a tripod and film for your €500.

However, if I were you with €500 to spend, I would buy:
    Canon A1 or AE1p
    50mm f1.4 lens
    28mm f2.8 lens
    135mm f2.8 lens
All available from Ffordes or MXV.

You should have something left to buy a tripod (buy locally, shipping too expensive from Britain).

On the subject of cameras, what would you recommend in terms of Digital Cameras. I need something for taking high res pics, accurate colouring and lighting, sharpness and sh1t like that. Mainly to be used for original artwork and Graphic design.
